How do I apply the press-on nails?
1. Try on the press-on nails without any glue to find the correct size for each finger. The press-on nail should cover your entire nail bed.
2. With clean and bare nails, gently buff the surface of your natural nail with the provided nail buffer or file.
3. For maximum wear, apply a dot of glue onto your natural nail and spread around. Leave a gap between the glue and the surrounding skin to prevent the glue from spilling and/or sticking to your skin. For shorter wear, apply a thin line of glue from the cuticle to the tip of the nail.
4. Apply the press-on nail. Apply pressure and hold for 15-25 seconds.
5. Repeat for each nail. File the press-on nails to reshape if desired.
The nail glue may have a runny consistency.
How long will the nails last? What do I do if a nail popped off?
The durability of the press-on nails depends on the amount of glue used and your activity level. The press-on nails will last less than a week if using the shorter wear glue instructions. They will last between 1-2 weeks if using the maximum wear glue instructions.
Re-apply the nail using the same application instructions. Consider the amount of glue used.
How do I remove the press-on nails?
Do not force or pull the press-on nails prematurely. Allow the glue to wear over the amount of time you are using your press-on nails. Removal time corresponds with the amount of glue used.
To remove the press-on nails, soak your nails in warm soapy water for a few minutes. Gently lift each side of the nail. The press-on nail will lift completely if ready.
What sizes are included in each set?
Some of the full cover nail tips used are from different brands (Apres, Gelish, etc.) therefore have small differences in their sizing system. The size range may also vary depending on the shape and length chosen.
Here are the range of sizes (from widest to narrowest) included in each shape/length:
X-Short Almond: 18mm to 9mm
Short Almond: 18mm to 8.5mm
Long Almond: 17mm to 8mm
Long Stiletto: 17mm to 8mm
Short Square: 18.5mm to 9mm
Medium Square: 18mm to 9mm
Long Square: 18mm to 9.5mm
X-Long Square: 18.5mm to 10mm
Short Coffin: 18.5mm to 8.5mm
Medium Coffin: 18.5mm to 8.5mm
Long Coffin: 17.8mm to 8.8mm
X-Long Coffin: 18mm to 9.3mm
These measurements relate to the inner curvature of the full cover tips and how they fit on a nail bed. The range is an approximate measurement.
Can I order specific sizes instead of a full set?
At the moment, custom size sets are not available in order to keep all sizes stocked and balanced for full sets.
Nevertheless, the 24-28pc sets allow for flexibility in individual sizing.
Can the press-on nails be returned, refunded, or exchanged?
