Defective Items, Wrong Items, or Missing Items

In the case there is an issue with your order, please contact us at shopscientia@gmail.com or through our contact form as soon as possible. Please include your order number, pictures (if any), and a description of the issue. The information will be reviewed in a timely manner.

SCIENTIA is not responsible for any damage done to the press-on nails under the customer's care during or after application.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 5 hours of purchase. Each press-on nail set is handmade and made to order.
