Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is included on all domestic (US) orders! Shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost. 

After your order has been placed, the processing time (how much time is needed to get an order ready to ship) is 5-7 business days. Orders with multiple items may have a different processing time (1-3 additional business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the United States Postal Service (USPS) holiday and event calendar for more information. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. The following shipping methods are available:

• USPS Ground Advantage/First Class (standard shipping with tracking information; shipping time of 2-5 days)
  
• USPS Priority Mail (shipping upgrade with tracking information; shipping time of 1-3 days)
  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available or updated in the system. 

SCIENTIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or due to undeliverable and misdelivered packages. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order. For more information on different addressing formats, please refer to this USPS article and website.
